The LapWings project is an additional add on for any of the LF villages that would lead to increased profits. LapWings is an organic flour maker based in Aberdeenshire. While originally a stationary mill, LapWings is looking to expand to new horizons with a mobile LightForm mill. This mill can be taken around to various farms to increase profits for local farmers. Once this demo mill is successful, there is an expanded partnership possible to create mobile mills all over the UK and Europe initially, and then expanding globally.
